Getting national media coverage for the ABC Symphony Australia Young Performer of the Year Awards. These Awards launched many glittering international music careers in their 73rd year history.
What we did:
For over 8 years we devised and implemented a strong media campaign to get media coverage. We run Professional Development days during the lead-up to the Awards and gave the 12 Finalists intensive media training.
Many feature articles in The Sydney Morning Herald and syndicated Fairfax print and online publications, a news story in The Strad – a UK-based internationally respected strings magazine and more. We concluded with group of emerging talent who are a lot more confident in being clear about their personal brand and media communications.
