Chief Bright Spark
Trudy Johnston is the leader’s leader. A story teller. An attuned Personal Branding expert. She has an uncanny ability to meet someone, immediately identify their WOW factor, then communicate their story across all channels authentically and with irrefutable impact.

Her drive to support Change-Makers and Leaders is fueled by 25 years of experience in PR, personal branding and marketing. She has lectured at both the University of NSW (Masters’ level) and Swinburne University. Prior to that she won a University Honours Scholarship.

Her professional history includes managing Sydney2000 Olympics media activity, turning debut authors into front-page news, re-launching the careers of award-winning musicians, such as Toni Childs and placing the spotlight on the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Sydney Symphony and Museum of Contemporary Art.

Today Trudy does way more than lead the Vim + Zest team to create marketing and PR campaigns based on solid strategy, robust research and strong tactics to get a message out there with cut-through and conviction. She helps develop leaders.

Digital Manager
Tiare Leahy is an experienced digital strategist with a passion for brand storytelling and driving new business growth. With a focus on digital, Tiare has over 8 years of experience building brands and growing market share through the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.

Working with startups, global media agencies and in-house marketing teams in both Australia and Spain, Tiare has worked with a variety of leading brands including Audi, Accor Hotels, Red Bull and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC).

Focussing on new customer acquisition, Tiare has built strategic marketing campaigns targeting a vast range of audiences for both B2C and B2B businesses. She’s worked with a broad range of stakeholders and has managed large scale projects, including the design and development of Destination NSW’s 2018 Vivid Sydney festival app.

Tiare has a wealth of experience with digital media, social and content strategy, paid search and creative projects including mobile app development and web builds.

Senior Designer
Iain delivers a unique blend of creative pragmatism with an enthusiastic work ethic. A cutting-edge creative in his industry, he’s dedicated to delivering brand and creative design that sees bottom-line return.

His extensive skillset has been honed through brand creation and brand management of some of Australia’s most iconic brands, including the Sydney Opera House, 2000 Sydney Olympic Arts Festival, Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), NRA Australian Fashion Design Awards and Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, to name a few.

Internationally, across in the UK and Hong Kong/China, he has created and implemented brand strategies, digital solutions, international campaigns and brand development for the likes of Volkswagen, Scania, Spire Private Hospital Group, Bournemouth Tourism, Bournemouth Coastal BID, The Cancer Council, Peter Jones Academy, The Tenants Voice and Pure Australian.

As the former Lead of Design Communications of Sydney Opera House and Creative Director of Village Roadshow Theme Parks (formerly Warner Village Theme Parks), Iain has a wealth of experience in global branding, including implementing the leisure front for Harry Potter and The Matrix in Australia. With big-picture-thinking, practical management skills and a life spent in fast-paced studios he delivers outcomes that meet – and exceed – expectations.

Social Media Manager
Jacqueline Marcuzzi graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the Queen’s School of Business, and began her advertising career in Toronto, Canada.

Over the past four years, Jacqueline worked at Grip Limited, a full service agency in Toronto, making an impact on key accounts including Expedia.ca, Honda, Kokanee Beer, Lindt & Sprüngli and more. By working across several accounts with a variety of clients, she gained a wide range of experience leading national campaigns in the mass marketing and digital space.

Before moving to Australia, she led the successful launch of chocolate brand Russell Stover’s first campaign in Canada, which included a brand new website build, digital, and out of home advertising.

Jacqueline strengths lie in marketing communications, strategy development, and project management to enhance and further develop new and existing brands.

Graphic Designer
Visual design is more than a look, it’s a personality and a story. A lover of writing, art and technology, it was no surprise that Emma Terrens became a graphic designer.

Gifted with unbounded creativity, an exceptional eye for detail and a knack for storytelling, Emma knows how to make a brand reach its full potential in engaging audiences and building tribes.

Emma is a well-rounded designer and loves a challenge. She goes above and beyond in order to put her skills to the test, skills that she has been developing for nearly 10 years with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
